Arbeitsunfähigkeit

Wird eine versicherte Person infolge eines Unfalls oder einer Krankheit arbeitsunfähig, teilen Sie uns dies bitte spätestens 30 Tage nach Beginn der Arbeitsunfähigkeit mit.

Bitte senden Sie uns dazu alle Arztzeugnisse und Taggeldabrechnungen jeweils umgehend nach Erhalt zu.

Anspruch auf die Beitragsbefreiung haben arbeitsunfähige Versicherte und deren Arbeitgeber nach Ablauf der im Vorsorgeplan definierten Wartefrist, sofern der Arbeitsunfähigkeitsgrad ununterbrochen mindestens 40 % beträgt.

Innerhalb der Wartefrist gelten Arbeitsversuche von bis zu 10 Tagen, davon maximal 5 Tage am Stück, nicht als Unterbruch, sofern die Arbeitsunfähigkeit nach dem Arbeitsversuch die gleiche Ursache hat wie vorher.
Die Wartefrist beträgt normalerweise 3 Monate. Maximal kann sie 24 Monate betragen.
